Collection time

We are seeking submissions from a wide range of entities, including professional design institutions, design firms, independent designers, design enthusiasts, design schools, and students and teachers. Both individuals and teams are welcome to participate.

Call for submissions

1. Image design

When creating cartoon characters, it is necessary to consider ease of 3D design in the later stages. The character design should provide original drawings and three-dimensional views of the front, side, and back to ensure the completeness and clarity of the design.

2. Signature move design

Design 1-2 representative signature moves to showcase the personality and charm of the IP image.

3. Design cross-dressing schemes for different styles or occasions

By designing various combinations of expressions and actions, the IP image can express a range of emotions, such as joy, anger, sadness, surprise, and so on.

4. Design of image application scenarios

Design an application plan for IP image integration that combines multiple scenarios such as online promotion (videos, live broadcasts) and offline promotion (costumes, billboards).

5. Submission format

The artwork must be provided in source files and vector files with a resolution of 300 dpi, suitable for printing production. Please retain the source files of the print artwork, as the organizer will contact the winners as needed and facilitate subsequent matters related to platform usage, modification, and improvement.

6. Each design work should be accompanied by detailed design descriptions and introductions on the submission

The organizing committee will uniformly collect, organize, and number submissions, invite relevant experts to form a review committee, conduct anonymous evaluation of the submitted works based on their categories, and report to the hosting unit to determine the final selected works.

2. Submitted works must not be created using AI. Once discovered, the eligibility for selection will be cancelled.
